Return and Refund Policy
Returns
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If more than 30 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
In its original packaging.
Accompanied by proof of purchase or receipt.
Change of Mind Returns
We accept returns due to a customer’s change of mind within 30 days of delivery, provided that the item:
Has not been used.
Is in its original condition.
Is returned in its original packaging.
Includes proof of purchase.
Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Partial Refunds
In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted, including:
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not yet received your refund:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is reflected.

Sale or Promotional Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale or promotional items are not eligible for refunds.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.
The time required to receive an exchanged product may vary depending on your location.
For items valued over $75 USD, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.cx
